Terms of service
The agreement between you and Gletch.
Draft — not yet legally reviewed. These terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and completed with your company details and governing jurisdiction, before Gletch accepts public sign-ups or takes payment.
1. Using Gletch
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Gletch. By creating an account you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@gletch.app if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the ideas, notes, and other content you create in Gletch. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to store, back up, and sync that content so we can operate the service for you. We don't use it to train models, and we don't claim ownership of anything you make.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Gletch for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its security
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written agreement
- Scrape, copy, or bulk-extract content from the service
5. Subscriptions and payment
Gletch has a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores and governed additionally by their terms, including their refund policies. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
6. Availability
We work to keep Gletch running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue something significant, we'll give reasonable notice and, where a paid plan is materially affected, a pro-rata refund.
7. No professional advice
Gletch is a training and productivity tool. It is not medical, psychological, educational, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Gletch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, giving notice and an opportunity to fix the problem where it's reasonable to do so.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gletch is provided "as is", and our total liability arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers keep all statutory rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Gletch after that means you accept the updated terms.
